Reporting to the Director of Conferences & Meetings, this role manages registration and logistics for conferences and events. The position involves coordinating registration processes, supporting onsite logistics, updating event information, and assisting with customer service. Collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and attendees is key to ensuring a seamless event experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage registration processes for meetings and conferences, including setup, troubleshooting, reporting, and attendee support.
Serve as the main point of contact for onsite registration at events.
Ensure accurate data integration across platforms and coordinate shipping logistics for in-person meetings.
Maintain and update event information on the website and internal systems.
Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via email and phone.
Support general meeting operations, including organizing materials and coordinating logistics.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of administrative or event support experience.
Experience with conference or event registration systems (CVENT preferred).
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using databases.
Customer service experience and familiarity with invoicing or reconciliation are a plus.
