Key Responsibilities:
Develop financial models and reports to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on cost drivers and revenue performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
Advanced Excel skills: experience with financial planning software (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
