Digitas' world-class Precision team is responsible for all digital media activation in this increasingly addressable world, including display, video, mobile, audio, and native. With a deep understanding of media platforms, data, and targeting strategies and razor-sharp analytical skills, our Precision specialists deliver optimal solutions that drive our clients' business forward.
We're looking for an outstanding Analyst, Integrated Media Investment-someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates, and skillfully juggle multiple pieces of business. This is a unique opportunity for a novice digital media star to actively drive performance for some of the largest brands on the planet. What you'll do:
As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing integrated media campaigns for a prestigious luxury client, focusing on digital direct buying and print planning. With a keen understanding of the unique needs of luxury brands and the high-end publisher marketplace, you will ensure that campaigns are flawlessly executed and deliver results that align with the brand's premium positioning. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong publisher relationships, and a strategic mindset tailored to luxury audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaign Management
Digital Buying:
Manage direct-to-publisher digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards and goals.
Support the team with partner with premium digital publishers to negotiate placements and secure impactful inventory.
QA digital campaign materials, including creative specs and placements, to ensure seamless execution and adherence to the client's luxury aesthetic.
Print Planning:
Support the development and execute print publishing plans tailored to high-end publications, considering audience alignment and premium positioning.
Support the creation of detailed print recommendations, including cost-out analyses, RFP evaluations, and annual plan comparisons.
Collaborate with luxury publishers to secure prime placements, ensuring optimal brand visibility in print media.
Pre-Planning and Strategy Development
Build and issue RFPs to premium publishers across print and digital, ensuring responses meet the expectations of a luxury client.
Identify strategic opportunities within the luxury publisher marketplace, leveraging insights into audience behavior and platform trends.
Assist in crafting integrated media recommendations that balance the client's desire for exclusivity with measurable performance goals.
Activation and Execution
Work closely with internal and external teams to finalize campaign details, issue insertion orders, and ensure flawless activation for both print and digital campaigns.
Perform QA checks for all campaign deliverables, ensuring compliance with luxury creative standards and partner specifications.
Confirm campaign launches, secure proofs of placement (e.g., screenshots or tear sheets), and troubleshoot any issues with luxury publisher partners.
Performance Reporting and Optimization
Monitor campaign performance across print and digital, focusing on delivering exceptional ROI for a luxury audience.
Provide actionable insights and highlight campaign successes in reaching affluent consumers.
Collaborate with publisher partners to identify new opportunities that elevate the client's brand in the luxury market.
Manage billing reconciliation in collaboration with our business operations team
Collaboration and Leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier publishers in the luxury space, fostering strategic partnerships that benefit the client.
Mentor junior team members, ensuring they understand the nuances of working with luxury clients and publishers.
Lead discussions and presentations internally and with the client, showcasing expertise in the luxury marketplace and integrated campaign strategies.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional with a passion for luxury media and a deep understanding of both digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will excel at managing integrated campaigns, navigating relationships with premium publishers, and delivering results that uphold the prestige of a globally recognized luxury client.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of digital ad experience, at an advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech provider
Knowledge of media planning and programmatic buying, and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, TheTradeDesk, or similar buying platforms
Knowledge of the print landscape, planning and buying experienceStrong data management/analytical skills - able to find the story in the data and bring forward in a digestible way
Strong knowledge of the publisher landscape and active campaign optimization experience
The ability to organize and manage detailed work
Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and writing skills-you're poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to others
A four-year college degree

"Compensation Range: $56,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
