Job Overview: The HR Compliance and Systems Manager will lead and manage HR compliance, HRIS (UKG Ready) administration, benefits administration, payroll/tax compliance support, and HR process optimization. This role serves as the company's expert in HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance while driving process improvement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of independently owning complex HR processes, including system administration, audits, policy governance, and regulatory reporting.
Essential Functions:
HRIS Administration & Data Integrity
Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for UKG Ready, including system configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Ensure HR data accuracy, security, and compliance, including managing vendor data feeds.
Develop and deliver HR system reports and dashboards to support compliance, payroll, benefits, and leadership decisions.
Lead HR process automation and system optimization projects to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation.
Lead HR compliance audits, policy governance, and document control.
