The Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. (RKCAA) seeks a visionary nonprofit business leader skilled in driving organizational success and empowering high performing staff, with experience leading a grant-funded, non-profit agency. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be based in the Racine, Wisconsin office, while overseeing staff/programs in both Racine and Kenosha Counties. The candidate will have overall management and responsibility for an impactful agency with an annual budget more than $8MM, as they oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure its overall successful long-term operations. While working closely with the senior management team, the CEO will inspire innovation and ensure that the organization is continually well equipped to advance its mission.
