Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex programs from inception to completion.
• Gather and define business and system requirements, write specifications, and drive project schedules from design to release.
• Coordinate and lead design and implementation efforts between internal and external teams to develop optimal solutions.
• Communicate goals and desired outcomes clearly to cross-functional and remote project teams.
• Anticipate project bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.

Skills

• Strong background in technical program management with experience leading medium to large programs.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and manage ambiguity and competing priorities effectively.
• Proven track record of breaking down complex projects into manageable pieces and delivering them successfully.
• Excellent analytical skills, high judgment, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with over 10 years of experience as a software developer or technical lead.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in robotics or AI/ML software development.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Background in audio technology or a demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills quickly.
• Strong program management skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
