Role Summary 
The Senior Systems Analyst works in partnership with Product Owner aligned to Analytics, Events and Voice of Customer experience platforms to lead technical implementations for web analytics, voice of customer platforms and cookie compliance across our digital properties. The analyst also focuses on solutions consulting, platform success and global enablement for hosted event digital experience platforms.  

Responsibilities 


  • Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines -Leads projects or work streams within broader projects 

  • Accountable for work of self and sometimes others, provides process and standards advice in area of specialty -Works independently, receives minimal guidance 

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience 

  • Conducts a broad range of technology application activities to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant production, fulfillment, and distribution of digital solutions, globally. Serves as an internal project manager for mid- to large-scale projects, managing schedules, resources, deliverables, and interdependencies. Ensures stakeholders and vendors are collaborating to meet established milestones and deliverables. Manages the execution of associated activities using analytics, events and voice of customer platforms. 

  • Advises internal clients on operational process(es) to effectively utilize platforms. Assigned to a broad, global client base and can provide the full range of standard platform consultation services. Develop resources and support plans for effective enablement of enterprise digital platforms.

  • Actively participates in planning meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of objectives, timing, and necessary elements for successful delivery of projects. 

  • Leads platform initiatives across a wide variety of types and complexity that align with global distribution objectives. Provides options to solution noting the advantages and disadvantages of the presented choices, ensuring stakeholders understand the effects on project cost and timing. 

  • Determines availability of internal resources, participates in prioritization exercises when capacity is at risk. Coaches vendors to improve performance by identifying quality issues or nonconformance to established service-level agreements. Seeks to anticipate unforeseen issues and prepares contingency plans accordingly. Practices agile project management methodologies. 

  • Ensures execution of operational plans include the appropriate regulatory provisions. Coordinates control activities such as confirming adherence to brand standards, regulatory requirements and overall quality of production results. When deviations are observed, oversees remediation and sees through to conclusion. Recommends changes to standards and protocols for monitoring compliance to address ongoing issues. Removes impediments and facilitates decisions both inside and outside the core team to ensure a successful product delivery. Assists with/leads training and best practice development for effective platform use and enablement of solutions. 

Qualifications 
Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience 

Preferred: 


  • Microsoft 365 applications 

  • Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms 

  • Familiarity with project management, analytical, reporting and business intelligence tools  

  • Adobe Suite for Enterprise 

  • Vendor management 

  • Web analytics  

  • Digital experience activations 

  • KPI data analysis/measurement 

  • Technical Project Management: Ability to manage projects, including schedules, resources, deliverables, and interdependencies 

  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to advise internal clients and collaborate with various departments 

  • Financial services industry experience 

FINRA Requirements  
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.   

Work Flexibility 
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

$94,500.00 - $161,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$103,000.00 - $177,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$117,000.00 - $201,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
