About the Position



We are seeking a Senior Planner to assist our growing Asset Management team. The position will report to our Metairie (New Orleans), LA office and work closely with our Asset Management leadership in helping to manage the operations of current and future projects. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years' asset management and operations management experience, with preferred experience in federal projects (DOD or similar).



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Align resources in our multiple offices to meet the needs for successful delivery of existing and future projects


• Support management and project execution of Asset Management projects including BUILDER SMS and other DoD systems


• Support and oversee data input and QC for asset management projects


• Support of resources for projects and programs


• Process improvement for intake of future projects


• Employee development


• Effective people management and leadership skills


• Responsible for working with other Project Managers and Team Members for day-to-day decisions on resource allocation, staffing, and project budgets


• Responsible for assessment of resources and effectiveness to meet current and future needs

Qualifications:

• Engineering, Architecture, or Similar Technical Bachelor's Degree; or Commensurate Experience


• Experience with Asset Management systems such as BUILDER SMS, Maximo, or other similar applications


• 5+ years of related experience including asset management and and operations management


• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.


• Ability to help us grow our practice


• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Additional Information


Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Military Planner with a salary range of $95,800.00 - $151,900.00 .
