The National Insurance Producer Registry has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Product Strategist. The Sr. Product Strategist position is a senior role responsible for identifying new product opportunities and developing strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This includes conducting market analysis and leveraging customer feedback to refine product vision and strategies. The Sr. Product Strategist will focus on creating and maintaining a long-term product roadmap that aligns with market needs and customer insights, ensuring the company's long-term success and competitiveness. The role involves working closely with product managers, engineering, communications, and business development teams to ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of products.
This is a full-time position which will allow the successful candidate to work remotely or hybrid in the NIPR's physical office space in Kansas City, MO
Responsibilities include:
Identify new product opportunities by conducting thorough market research and data analysis to understand market needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
Refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Product & Communications.
Develop business cases for new products and enhancements, including financial projections and business-outcomes analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Maintain confidentiality of private information and protect the security of all confidential data.
Minimum education and/or experience required:
Five or more years of experience in product management or a related role.

Compensation:
$135,000 to $165,000 be commensurate with education and experience.
