What You'll Do:
Patient Care & Treatment Planning

Provide education, training, and discharge planning to set patients up for long-term success.
Assessment & Documentation
Work closely with physicians to establish and update care plans, goals, and discharge strategies.
Maintain clear, timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and education provided.
Collaboration & Professionalism
Serve as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services.
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and patient confidentiality.
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for both patients and colleagues.
Customer & Patient Experience
Foster a supportive, patient-centered atmosphere with excellent communication and care.

What You Bring:
Education & Licensure
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
