Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Review client campaign analytics regularly to ensure performance goals are met and proactively suggest areas of improvement.

  • Apply a results-oriented approach to client requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

  • Perform active account management, ensuring all client accounts are monitored, optimized, and delivering expected outcomes.

  • Utilize internal reporting tools to track and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities to enhance results.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to client accounts or campaigns.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet clients' needs and achieve campaign goals.

  • Attend industry conventions and events as a company representative.



Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience and/or customer service, with a preference for candidates with a financial services background.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.


  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new software and CRM systems.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • A detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement solutions swiftly.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


  • Lead generation experience is a MUST. Experience with lead tracking tools and CRM systems is highly preferred.



Desired Skills:



  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and how it relates to client campaigns.
