Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, and coordinating deliveries.
Maintain office organization, restock supplies, and prepare conference rooms.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, correspondence, expense reporting, and invoicing.
Assist with client proposals, special projects, and document preparation.
Oversee office logistics, including supply management, documentation processing, and invoice reconciliation.
Support corporate events from planning to post-event cleanup.
Handle scheduling, travel arrangements (domestic/international), and calendar management for multiple individuals.
Process expense reports and invoices while ensuring compliance with administrative guidelines.
Coordinate meetings, office activities, and events, including venue selection, catering, and communications.
Troubleshoot and address issues with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide backup coverage for reception and office operations as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years as an administrative assistant/executive assistant
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
