Job Description:

Work Schedule: Mon-Thur 9am-4pm & Fri-8:30-12:30

Brief description of job duties:
  • Accuracy a must as note entries in our CRM and data entry including sensitive information are necessary for continual follow up.
  • Follow up for new policies while maintaining HIPAA guidelines
  • Answering inquiries from clients and helping with insurance related billing questions and claims.
  • Communication with agents and brokers, carriers and other agencies.

Qualifications include:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the insurance field is desired but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
