Manage program metrics (cost, schedule, risk, ROW, environmental, safety)
Lead cross-functional teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule targets
Provide detailed reports on program risks, status, and key metrics
Support business development, including client relations, proposals, and presentations
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering or Construction Management
10+ years of experience managing large-scale high-voltage projects (transmission & substation focus preferred)
Strong leadership in large project teams, utilities, and contractors
Experience in client negotiations and business development
PMP certification & utility consulting experience are a plus
Oncor experience is a big bonus!
This hybrid role requires three days a week in the Fort Worth, TX area, with the potential to transition into a full-time office role based on client needs.
