Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

Career Technical Education (CTE) Foundation is seeking an Executive Director.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for driving strategic direction, financial sustainability, and achieving the organization's mission through effective leadership and stakeholder engagement. The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors to achieve long-term goals and impact within the community including serving as the public face of the organization and advocating for its cause.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passionate Commitment to the Mission
  • Leadership Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in successfully leading a complex organization, including strategic planning, team building, and decision-making.
  • Preferred experience leading in a non-profit organization with a developed skillset in board and committee oversight, governance, and relations.
