Salary: $95,000-$155,000 BOE (30+ years of experience would be toward top end, small chance they want to be that high)
Responsible for the materials planning and procurement. Coordinates primary material requirements with sales, production and purchasing departments. Maintains inventory control. Determines reorder points. Prepares shipping plan and coordinates receipt of materials. Key member of Business Unit Team, with primary responsibility for ensuring satisfactory levels of on-time customer delivery. Creatively seeks out cost savings opportunities. Maintains accurate records. May supervise purchasing, production control and/or shipping and receiving.
Responsible for maintaining a level of manpower consistent with the business plan. Take timely action to address attendance, performance and other personnel issues within the department. Responsible for conducting performance appraisals. Recommend training to upgrade skills for department personnel. Seeks to support the clients' succession planning initiatives by hiring and developing top-talent. Responsible for interviewing and recommending candidates for hire.
Complies and conducts business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Promotes ethical behavior by acting with honesty and integrity.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or experience in related field.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Seven (7) years' experience in materials or related field.
