Job Summary
The Manager, Payor Analytics, plays a critical role within our Plan Management Team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Plan Management. The candidate will be a technical expert in both the front-end and back-end of our practice management system. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for team performance monitoring, the departments' data integrity and audit function and will also help drive IT enhancements aimed at improving patient estimate accuracy.
Essential Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end process for plan, code and plan-provider record audits
Create the needed queries to generate system maintenance reports, targeting specific rate and plan provider record corrections
Create the needed data queries to generate departmental performance and productivity reports
Attend cross departmental meetings and drive IT enhancements aimed at fixing patient estimations, improving departmental process efficiencies and reducing escalated issues
Directly manage rate compliance analyst
Provide data support to the Sr. Director and SVP of Payor Contractor as needed
Education and Background:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years' experience with in-depth working knowledge of healthcare insurance
Previous experience working with EHRs and/or practice management systems
Proficient in SQL
Experience in a growing healthcare environment
Proven career progression with increasing levels of project experience and responsibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary: 90-110k, plus bonus/incentives
