We are now looking for a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead the development of our business strategy and drive growth in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies in alignment with the company's global expansion objectives.
Manage and guide the business development team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and high-performance standards.
Monitor market trends and competition and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for business decisions.
Channel Development and Partnership Building:
Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships with key players in the U.S. market, particularly in the areas of immigration, assisted reproduction, real estate, insurance, and education.
Lead negotiations with partners to establish long-term business collaborations that drive mutual growth.
Sales and Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing expert consultation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience and achieving sales targets.
Represent the company in key industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote business expansion.
Team Collaboration and Performance:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth integration of services and customer-focused delivery.
Ensure the business development team is trained and motivated to perform at their best, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related leadership role, preferably in the U.S. immigration, assisted reproduction, insurance, real estate, or education sectors.
Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and achieve targets.
Strong network and established relationships within the relevant industries in the U.S.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team to success.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to high-end clients.
In-depth understanding of U.S./Canada investment immigration, assisted reproduction project processes, and policies is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
