We seek an individual who will relish the opportunity to support a senior talented management team to make incisive financial, business, operational and regulatory decisions. This will include modeling, competitive analysis, and high-level reviews.
In this role you will support both the Financial Planning and Corporate Development team which is responsible for strategic, mergers, acquisitions, and other inorganic growth and funding strategies.
From your previous experience you will be able to design, implement and maintain corporate valuation models. You will construct various scenarios to assess growth strategies, capital structure decisions, and transaction alternatives working at the edge of the business. You will also gain exposure to the commercial side of the business where you will assess and develop business cases and investment proposals for divisional and corporate projects
In short, you will play a vital role in supporting a leading-edge team operating through a period of high growth.
With a bachelors degree you are an innovative, creative, analytical and strategic thinker with at least two years of experience in an investment bank financial analyst program. You will have developed strong financial modeling skills developed through experience in corporate finance and transaction assignments
