Proven track record developing and managing program budgets preferably for IT teams
Strong understanding of CapEx vs OpEx, capital labor, add backs and expenses forecasting
Strong understanding of amortization process
C-level reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Proven experience monitoring program cost, performing variance analysis, and doing 3-year forecast projections
Intermediate excel skills: VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, formulas need for basic accounting functions

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain IT program budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Cost Management: Monitor and report on program costs, identifying variances and potential areas for cost reduction. Implement and oversee cost control measures.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for IT programs. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters related to IT programs. Communicate financial status and insights to IT leadership and other stakeholders.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure IT programs comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in internal and external audits related to program finances.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks in IT programs and develop mitigation strategies. Work collaboratively with the risk management team.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems within the IT department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $62.50/hr.
