The location in Fort Mill, (South Carolina, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Business Analyst. This job is full-time permanent.
Loction: Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid Role)
Reporting to the Director, Business Analytics, the Business Analyst oversees the identification and definition of key performance indicators, metrics and business intelligence reports required to support multiple corporate functions and business partners. The BA will also be responsible for the design of accessible data structures incorporating multiple data sources and systems. The BA works with leadership and the business to develop necessary tools to track performance against identified metrics to make informed decisions. The BA identifies problems and opportunities and work towards solutions that will help achieve company goals.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Responsible for the collection, analysis and visualization of various sales and profitability data for Iconex; may also support Pulp, Paper and Packaging.
Extract and clean data from multiple sources to load into centralized location.
Develop and maintain SSIS and SSRS tools to make data accessible.
Analyze data in a timely manner to identify trends, patterns and insights.
Creating detailed business analysis and visuals, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Regularly monitor performance against goals and report out to various business partners.
Will participate in other business-related activities such as forecasting and budgeting.
Maintain data integrity by researching issues and resolving in a timely manner.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; plus 3-5 years of work-related experience.
Experience/knowledge of current analytical tools and methods.
Advanced Excel, Advanced Power BI with DAX.
Working knowledge of Tableau or similar Visualization tool.
Knowledge of M3 Infor ERP system a plus.
Preferred Qualifications/Professional Experience:
Knowledge of the Forest Products Industry.
Experience in Project Management and knowledge of tools and methods.
Finance and Accounting knowledge.
