Reporting (Microsoft suite)


Power BI and Excel


• Monitor and optimize existing operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing schedules, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and inform decision-making
