Baer is looking for Oracle Technology Lead for a 15+ month Federal project located in San Antonio, TX


Title: Oracle Technology Lead
Location: Hybrid - San Antonio, TX
Duration: 15 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Lead a team of technical, development, database, and security professionals to design and implement the technical architecture for the DoD Payroll solution.


• Collaborate with the DoD lead System Engineer to coordinate technical efforts with DoD and DISA for integrating the Oracle Payroll module into an existing Oracle E-Business Suite.


• Manage the technology environments for development, testing, mock conversion, training, and deployment phases.


• Conduct analysis of alternative technical architectures and define architectural standards and processes.


• Ensure processes conform to established standards, and define the product's cost-of-ownership.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM) experience.


• 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience.


• 10+ years of Testing Methods experience.


• Proven experience leading technical teams and implementing Oracle solutions in large-scale environments.


• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud systems, specifically within the payroll module.


• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex technical environments.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to define and follow technical standards.
