Job Description:

Your Contribution


In this position involved with processes related to shipments, invoicing, transportation, EDI, customer websites, pricing, and packaging.

• Provide data for creation of Customer Master Data


• Populate material master sales views and warehouse views


• Create and maintain customer material information records & scheduling agreements; troubleshoot pricing differences


• Create and maintain customer-specific work instructions


• Responsible for processing, packaging & labeling shipments and invoices


• Track customer delivery performance


• Review and maintain customer website information (as needed)


• Review and troubleshoot the status of incoming EDI & Outgoing EDI transmissions


• Create and modify prototype and tooling orders


• Process customer returns and resolve delivery performance differences with customer locations


• Communicate freight scheduling with Shipping


• Research and resolve accounts receivable issues (freight charges, returns, etc.)


• Coordinate engineering and packaging changes with production scheduling


• Participate in customer visits as necessary


• Pack and label product for shipment; Process and track UPS and FedEx Shipments

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Logistics & Warehouse Management experience is required


• Fork Truck & Stock Picker Certifications are required


• Strong Communication Skills


• Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
