Responsibilities:
Lead the development of maintenance concepts, publications source data, and Logistic Support Analysis Records (LSAR) for all projects.
Ensure contract deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Perform supportability and maintenance task analysis to identify maintenance and supply support requirements.
Review engineering drawings, change requests (CR), engineering change proposals (ECP), and technical documentation to assess design supportability.
Maintain and update LSAR in compliance with GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-STD-1388-2B, and SLICWAVE standards.
Develop maintenance engineering source data for field manuals, modification work orders (MWO), and National Maintenance Work Requests (NMWR).
Evaluate emerging designs for compliance with supportability requirements and recommend design alternatives.
Translate engineering and technical data into source information for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) product development.
Support logistics demonstrations, ILS validation/verification, and field test activities, tracking and documenting incidents as needed.
Investigate and respond to customer and internal inquiries with reports and required materials.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering Technology, Engineering, or a related field (other degrees considered with relevant experience).
Experience: Hands-on experience in ground combat vehicle maintenance.
Expertise in LSA/LSAR processes and familiarity with SLICWAVE.
Working knowledge of MIL-STD-1388-2B, GEIA-STD-0007, and U.S. Army logistics policies and procedures.
Experience with Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE).
Proficiency in Teamcenter, CAD models (CREO, PRO-E, Product View), and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of Engineering Design Review processes, including Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Maintenance Task Lists (MTL), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Understanding of the validation/verification process.
Availability for occasional weekday and/or weekend overtime.
