A day in the Life:
Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies to ensure outstanding quality in all engineering projects.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of systems and processes to determine compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of quality improvements and innovations.
Analyze data and generate detailed reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Offer expert advice and mentorship on quality assurance standard methodologies, encouraging a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting an inclusive and encouraging working environment.
Education
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field
Experience
At least five (5) years of experience in quality assurance or engineering within a regulated industry is required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with strict adherence to deadlines.
Demonstrated ability in data analysis and technical writing, focusing on attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to successfully navigate complex technical challenges.
Proficiency with quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
