The firm is actively seeking to add midlevel talent to their dynamic private funds team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the formation of various private fund structures, including closed-end, open-end, and hybrid funds such as hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds, access funds, and funds-of-funds, catering to both domestic and international clientele.
Regarding long term professional elevation, leadership is transparent, and the emphasis is on merit rather than seniority (generations are not imperative). For those not pursuing partnership, there's the option to transition into a counsel role in perpetuity, with the possibility of reduced hours if desired.
The compensation package is aligned with the Cravath scale and includes special bonuses on top of the standard Cravath bonus. 150 nonbillable hours can count towards the billable requirement.
