Oversee all factory operations, production processes, and workers
Ensure smooth machine operation and troubleshoot technical issues
Scale production to hundreds of thousands of units per day
Work closely with leadership to optimize manufacturing efficiency
???? Who We're Looking For
Technical skills (mechanical, electrical, hardware, or general troubleshooting)
Hands-on experience in factory operations, manufacturing, or industrial machinery (preferred but not required)
Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset
Experience in the salty snacks industry is a big plus!
Willing to relocate to Hayward, CA (relocation support provided)
