Operating collaboratively in a highly autonomous role, this role will partner with executive leadership (SVP, VP, etc) to craft compelling narratives and drive strategic engagement plans that align with the vision, strategies, and culture of both the projects assigned, and the organization as a whole. The ideal candidate is a masterful storyteller with a strong design sense, capable of distilling intricate ideas into clear, persuasive messages tailored for diverse audiences. They will drive strategic engagement planning, ensuring messaging creates a strong narrative, aligned with project priorities, and effectively delivered across multiple media channels. Leverages engagement research and data to inform development of engagement strategies, maximizing the impact of messaging and choice of communication channels. Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic engagement plans that translate executive vision into compelling narratives through various media channels (presentations, email, etc)
Craft high-impact presentations that engage and inspire stakeholders, leveraging storytelling techniques to enhance clarity and direction
Collaborate with senior executives to shape engagement strategies that connect initiatives to broader organizational goals
Lead messaging development
Provide thought leadership in strategic engagement plans and mentor internal stakeholders on effective messaging
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expertise in strategic storytelling, with the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences with little direction from leadership and in ambiguous circumstances.
Expertise in connecting stories across an organization when crafting the strategic communication plan
Strong experience in executive-level engagement, including presentation design and writing, and ability to work effectively with executives
Ability to proactively identify engagement strategies, identifying key messaging needs before they arise
Advanced knowledge of industry trends in corporate messaging
Highly proficient in adapting content to different audiences and media channels
Demonstrated advanced organizational skills necessary to prioritize and manage various tasks, varying timelines, and changing priorities
Advanced knowledge of AP Style and highly proficient in Office 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Design experience for executive presentations is a plus
Communication regarding change management is a plus
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Bachelor's degree in digital media, graphic design, web design, communications, journalism, business, public relations or a related field preferred.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) years' experience in developing internal and/or external engagement strategies with a minimum of two (2) years leading strategic engagement planning for corporate initiatives particularly in transformation or change management

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US pay range: $7,094.23 - $12,533.14
