Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Jira/Confluence Product Owner. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of essential product features while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our tools and processes.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of Jira feature requests to meet user needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive product success through strategic planning and feature prioritization.
• Evaluate and improve the current use of Jira and Confluence, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Integrate tools and processes to ensure seamless functionality throughout the product management lifecycle.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of tools and processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and ensure tools are aligned with those requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest product management tools and best practices for continuous improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, particularly with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze data and define KPIs to drive product improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product discovery methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and project management frameworks.
• Knowledge of best practices in user experience and product design.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace new challenges.
