Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our Executive Transport team in either San Antonio, TX.

Come join BDS Mobility, Surveillance, & Bombers division, and the unique opportunity to work on the next generation's Executive Transport Aircraft. At Boeing, our Procurement Agent will use their expertise to support supply chain activities at the Boeing Company. In joining this program, you will be part of an outstanding team of supply chain experts making history as we shape this one of a kind next generation Aircraft.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift Work:

This position is for 1st shift.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
  • At least an Intermediate competency level in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher


Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Travel:

Some travel may be required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $60,350 - $81,650
