Are you ready to take charge of financial planning and analysis for our Controls Business Unit? We're seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a dynamic team in optimizing financial operations for a manufacturing company in North Canton. If you're passionate about driving excellence in accounting practices, this role is for you!



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning and analysis for the Controls Business Unit.


• Supervise monthly financial close, including inventory reconciliation, cost of sales analysis, and plant spending/volume analysis.


• Utilize accounting systems and data to provide reliable financial information for management decisions.


• Provide support for new product development, including capital expenditure ROI and make vs. buy analysis.


• Ensure adherence to sound inventory and accounting control procedures.


• Oversee monthly financial close, including inventory reconciliation and cost analysis.


• Provide reliable financial insights for informed decision-making.


• Lead new product development evaluations and cost analysis.


• Ensure robust inventory and accounting controls.


• Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CMA/CPA a plus).


• 8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, with a strong manufacturing background.


• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel functions.


• Strong organizational and project management skills.
