The Project Scheduler is responsible for the planning and scheduling through the production schedules. In addition to being a lead contributor, they will provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to others. They will coordinate with Engineering, Project Management and other functional organizations. The Project Scheduler has developed depth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines. They solve problems.

1. Develop and maintain detailed, accurate, and usable schedules and reports.
2. Resolve operational, customer, employee or technical problems that impact the effectiveness of Project Controls / Scheduling.
3. Facilitate scheduling meetings for the purpose of pre-planning, implementing, and critiquing schedules. Take leadership role; act as a facilitator. Strive for Customer Satisfaction.
4. Ensure open communications between all departments, Team Leads, and System Engineers.
5. Develop innovative solutions and ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectives.
6. Explain difficult issues and obtains agreement as needed. Review, analyze, and initiate schedule or process enhancements to allow for efficient development and implementation of the schedule to save time, money, exposure, and improve safety and reliability.

Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open cabinets, bend or stand as necessary. Must be able to type.
Required Education, Experience, Certification and Licenses:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Business or Associate's degree in engineering or business, or 10 years of nuclear experience
3. 10 years related experience with the development of PC or mainframe based maintenance or operations schedules, 5 of which must be at a managerial or executive level of nuclear experience
4. Critical Path scheduling Method knowledge
5. P6 EPPM working knowledge
6. Microsoft Office Suite
7. PowerBI, preferred
8. Advanced communication and organizational skills
9. Communication/managing experience
