You will perform quality checks and input data from admission and discharge Consumer Reporting Forms (CRFs) submitted by providers into the system. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely data management, which supports reporting and compliance with state and federal requirements.
Qualification: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
An associate's degree in Public Administration, Data Management, Health Information, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support in a healthcare, behavioral health, or social services setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with data management systems or client record databases.
