You will be working for a Colorado based General Contractor who offer both Ground Up and Tenant Improvement Services.


Portfolio wise, this GC builds across Industrial, Medical, Office, Retail and Wider Commercial.


Based out of their Denver Office, located near Englewood, this will be a 5 days a week, on-site role covering Projects right across the Front Range.


Your New Role


The Senior Estimator/Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a construction project are planned and organized prior to breaking ground. This involves a great deal of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.


This includes the ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. In addition, the Senior Estimator/Preconstruction Manager must be able to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and remain organized in order to ensure the successful completion of the project. Furthermore, they must be knowledgeable in the areas of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management


What you'll need to succeed

• Will have 5-10+ years experience across Preconstruction & Estimating - ideally across Commercial Ground Up and TI Projects


• Strong experience within a GC environment - understands the pace and day to day life of a GC


• Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and organizing skills


• Experience of being involved with cradle to grave ,end to end, project life cycles.
