Responsibilities
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role involves ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and providing support to HR staff and other departments. Additionally, this role requires creative thinking to enhance the company’s HR processes and reporting to aid in better decision-making regarding talent.
Input, update, and manage employee data within the HRIS, and other HR systems ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Ensure onboarding/offboarding of employees within the system.
Generate and analyze reports to support HR initiatives and business decisions.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HRIS efficiency and effectiveness.
Using audits reporting to ensure HRIS practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the HRIS
Participate on vendor calls working on issue resolution.
Performs other duties as needed by team.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field.
0 - 2 years of experience in HRIS administration or similar role.
Proficient in HRIS software (Paylocity or other HCM systems), Excel skills.
Critical thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with system implementations/upgrades/report building.
