Minimum Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a primary care setting.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) system, Epic.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, ideal but not required.
Participation in quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, providing evidence-based treatment options.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.
