Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight & Compliance: Ensure financial integrity, oversee audits, and manage financial controls alongside an experienced controller.
Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance, drive accountability, and support data-driven decision-making.
Strategic Financing: Lead and execute financing initiatives, managing relationships with equity and debt providers in preparation for upcoming capital raises.
Executive Partnership: Act as the CEO's right hand in financial and operational matters, ensuring alignment across the leadership team.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.
Strategic Financing Expertise: Proven track record in securing and managing debt and equity financing.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI management and dashboard reporting.
Leadership: Ability to collaborate across teams, hold stakeholders accountable, and drive operational efficiency.
