Job Description:

ECS is seeking a 
Sr Data Scientist to work in our
Fort Belvoir, VA office.  

Office of the Administrative Assistant (OAA) to the SECARMY, Information Technology Management Office (OAA ITMO) leads solution engineering to design, build, test, deploy, sustain, and transition into production new or modernized IT business applications. OAA ITMO also manages digital records, enterprise knowledge data, data visualization, and Visual Information (graphics) services for OAA. 

Recent OAA modernization achievements include the transition of application platforms to predominately Microsoft 365 (M365) SharePoint Online, implementation of Records Management and Knowledge Management tools, sustainment of existing and development of new executive dashboards, and the creation of graphics products. ECS will work with OAA to continually refine and mature their products and functions.

ECS is looking for a Sr. Data Scientist to support OAA ITMO. This person will be responsible to build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.  The Sr. Data Scientist will also create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing products. Communicate effectively through listening, documentation and presentations, especially using compelling visualization tools to share analysis and interpretation of data.

The Sr. Data Scientists role will be on-site at Fort Belvoir, Virginia and requires a SECRET clearance.
