Main Responsibilities:

• Support flow cytometry-related needs of the Antibody Discovery group.
  
  


• Perform B cell and yeast FACS experiments using BD FACSAria
  
  


• Responsible for routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of instruments
  
  


• Stay up to date with the latest advances in flow cytometry technology.
  
  


• Identify efficiency improvements and make innovative contributions to the group.
  
  

• Ph.D. with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or BS/MS with more than 6 years of relevant experience
  
  


• Extensive experience with flow cytometry analyzers and sorters.
  
  


• Ability to maintain and calibrate flow cytometry instruments.
  
  


• Experience sorting antigen-specific B cells.
  
  


• Background working with antibody discovery platforms.
  
  


• Experience with flow-based assays (e.g., cell binding)
  
  


• Strong organizational skills
