What You'll Do:
As a Doctoral Psychology Practicum Student at BHN, you'll work alongside experienced behavioral health professionals and gain valuable, real-world experience serving individuals and families navigating behavioral health challenges. You will receive clinical supervision and training while contributing to meaningful work that supports the well-being of your community.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual and group interventions under supervision.

• Assist with case management, client engagement, and documentation.

• Observe and contribute to care planning, intake, and assessment processes.

• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Learn and apply behavioral health models, including trauma-informed and person-centered care.

• Gain experience working with diverse populations across multiple BHN programs.

What You'll Bring:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's doctoral psychology level Social Work training program (PhD or PsyD BSW/MSW).

• Interest in serving individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use needs.

• Commitment to ethical, client-centered practice.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
