Sr. Sample Facilitator at Landair Logistics in Kingsport, Tennessee

Job Description:

Work with customer (Eastman) to ensure all sample central shipments are shipped out to the customers for testing based on the customers’ requirements

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all experimental and developmental sample requests
• Verify correct process is followed for each sample request
• Build and manage GMNs for each shipment
• Confirms designated PM matches description of sample request
• Communicates with Requester, DG group, and CSR
• Required to work using SAP and other technologies

Requirements:

• Knowledge of shipping both small partial and LTL shipments
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipments
• Knowledge of Hazmat, TSCA, MSDS, and other shipping requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft services and SAP Software
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to work on-site with the customer
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years industry experience required
• Experience working with haz-mat and other chemicals

Pay Range: $23.87-$37.46
