Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Channel Partner Manager to join our growing team. The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with global Channel Partners who sell and distribute our products. This role involves driving partner performance, ensuring alignment with company goals, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to maximize sales and revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with a strong background in partner management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with global Channel Partners to ensure long-term success and growth.
  • Partner Onboarding & Training: Provide new and existing partners with training, resources, and ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to sell our products effectively.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with partners to develop and execute joint sales strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives and product offerings.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly assess partner performance, tracking sales metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing action plans to drive performance.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to create compelling partner programs, go-to-market strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for partner-related issues, addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring strong and positive partner relations.
  • Contract Negotiations & Renewals: Negotiate Channel Partner agreements, ensuring terms and conditions align with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for channel growth, particularly in untapped or underperforming markets, and help partners expand their reach and sales.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track partner performance against KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to leadership, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
  • Event Support: Assist with planning and coordinating partner-related events, including training sessions, webinars, and conferences, to build awareness and educate partners.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners and relay key insights to internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in partner or channel management, sales, or business development, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and global markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop win-win solutions, and manage multiple partner relationships effectively.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales enablement programs and partner marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and partner management tools.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently while being part of a larger team.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to meet with partners and attend industry events (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Degrees in the Life Sciences including biology, chemistry, microbiology, etc. are also considered.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences, particular Biology, is a plus
  • Experience with global partnerships, including understanding of cross-cultural business practices and regional market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.

Salary/Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus commission
