Accounts Receivable/Billing Supervisor at The Judge Group Inc. in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania

Location: Lower Merion, PA

Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billing Supervisor.


*Healthcare industry experience is required

• Bala Cynwyd, PA (On-site for the first three month, afterwards will shift to hybrid 3x/week on-site)


• Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000

Responsibilities:

• Identifies and resolves consumer billing problems.

• Issues adjusted, corrected, and/or rebilled claims to third party payers.

• Prepares and submits accurate claims to third party payers electronically.

• Responsible for assisting with billing and navigating through HHA (and other systems, payer portals, etc), and recognizing denied claims before and after billing.

• Diagnose and resolve electronic visit verification (EVV) errors/rejections.

• Reconcile sales, billings, and collections regularly.

• Access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill above duties and responsibilities.

• Maintains strict confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews

• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools

• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is mentioned in virtually any financial analyst job description; familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)

• Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
