3rd Shift Production Supervisor at Conagra Brands in Archbold, Ohio

Job Description:

We are hiring a 3rd Shift production supervisor, to lead our Kitchen and Sanitation operations. You will report to the Business Unit manager and work with a team of 550 employees where we produce our delicious Libby's Vienna Sausage, VanCamps Baked Beans, Wendy's chili, Healthy Choice Soups, Hunt's Manwich and Spaghetti Sauces and so much more.

Position Responsibilities

• You will be a leadership presence spending time on the production floor leading and coaching employees on their job responsibilities and ensuring they have the resources required to perform their jobs.


• You will ensure that all resources are available to maintain efficient production schedules.


• You will support the plant's continuous improvement goals in Safety, Quality, Cost and Customer Service.


• You will enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.


• You will promote a high level of compliance to defined employee safety and quality requirements.

You Have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science degrees or equivalent work experience will be considered.


• Three years+ supervisory experience in a union, manufacturing environment helpful.


• Solid work experience.


• 1+ years of experience using SAP


• You can support manufacturing requirements with availability to work weekends or off-shifts.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
