At this moment, we are in search of a Service Advisor to oversee and coordinate our dedicated Service Technician team located in Daytona Beach, FL.

This crucial role requires a candidate who is detail-focused and adept at working autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative atmosphere. Candidates should bring significant experience in managing phone communications, computer systems, scheduling, and executing computer-based dispatch programs. Excellent communication skills via phone and in writing are essential, with advanced capabilities in the software applications related to project estimating and scheduling being highly beneficial.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in a service advisor role, preferably within the plumbing or mechanical services sector, whether for residential clients or commercial projects.
