Purpose of Job:
Perform accounting and financial analysis across a complex operational environment. This position requires experience, knowledge and competency in accounting principles, practices and analysis. Provide superior quality service to our customers.
Job Components:
Prepare monthly account reconciliations for the following: complex cash, support of fixed assets, monthly accruals, and various other accounts. - 50%
Prepare, reconcile and submit into the financial system general, reclassification, and recurring journal entries. - 35%
Provide financial analysis in support of monthly, quarterly, and audited financials. - 5%
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules in support of audited financials. - 5%
Research and complete special projects. - 5%
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
1 to 3+ years of professional accounting experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and terminology
Understanding of law, statistics, and general management as it relates to accounting
Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently but also capable of working in a team environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interpersonal, customer service, telephone, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the utilization of MS products (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
Experience with SAP S/4 Hana or other ERP systems is a plus.

Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time
Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, and talk and hear
Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 15+ lbs. during archival of data annually.
