Job Description:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm



Requirements:

-Active State Registered Nursing License-MA
-Bilingual Spanish
-Ideal candidate desires: Okay with working with smaller practice.



Responsibilities:

-Assist providers with management of patient medical records in Athena, managing clinical
documents such as lab results and specialty notes
-Triage urgent patient calls and assist with scheduling same-day appointments
-Conduct follow-up phone calls for ED visits, hospitalizations, and surgeries
-Complete clinical documents such as Prior Authorizations and specialty referral paperwork
-Manage requests for durable medical equipment
-Follow up with patients on lab and radiology orders
