8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer - developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
5+ years of experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources.
5+ years of experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
3+ years of experience leading development teams. Extensive understanding of system architecture and design principles
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with the US Federal Government
Experience with Project Management, requirements management and Agile development practices.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred.
Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following:
Certified System Administrator
Certified Application Developer
CIS - Customer Service Management
CIS - IT Service Management
CIS - Discovery
CIS - Service Mapping
CIS - Strategic Portfolio Management
CIS - Application Portfolio Management
CIS - Software Asset Management

Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.

Knowledge and experience on multiple ServiceNow modules.
Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow
Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols
Experience with Business Rules, workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and external Portals
Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
ServiceNow developer Certification, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR Certification
Project Management or Agile certification
ITILv4 Foundations Certification
