Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.


• Use various measuring devices, including tape measures and calipers, to strictly adhere to product specifications.


• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing machinery to maintain efficient performance.


• Collaborate with team members to determine and successfully implement process improvements.


• Maintain accurate production records and reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 months of experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment.


• Proven ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures and calipers.


• Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing outstanding quality products.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.


• Flexibility to work and train on various machines.


• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required.
